- The Dealing Executive handles client onboarding, trade execution, and customer support, requiring good knowledge of the forex market and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Onboarding the customers and maintaining strong, long term relationships with existing clients.
- Trade Placing: Execute forex trades for offline customers.
- Market Analysis and Guidance: Provide clients with market insights, to help them make informed decisions.
- Platform Support: Assisting clients with account opening procedures and platform usage queries and trade placing.
- Reporting: Preparing the customer statement and financial reports as per the management needs.
- Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities and client interactions comply with internal company policies.
- Compliance: Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with compliance guidelines.
