- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with production, site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
- Ensure joinery works are completed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines
- Monitor material requirements and report shortages
- Conduct quality inspections before dispatch and installation
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance with HSE requirements
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status
- Resolve site and production issues to avoid delays
Requirements
- Experience in joinery and carpentry supervision
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications
- Knowledge of HSE requirements
