- Supervise and lead a team of electricians in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for electrical systems in infrastructure facilities.
- Plan and schedule daily work activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical installations, control panels, distribution boards, and lighting systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in electrical systems, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
- Ensure compliance with UAE electrical regulations, DEWA standards, and company HSE policies.
- Coordinate with planners, engineers, and procurement teams for tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, job reports, and work permits.
- Train and mentor junior electricians to develop technical skills and safety awareness.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in electrical maintenance for infrastructure projects
- Valid UAE manual driving license
- Strong knowledge of LV electrical systems, control systems, and safety procedures

Job Description
- We are seeking a qualified Electrical Foreman with strong experience in infrastructure maintenance to supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance works in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, have at least 5 years of UAE experience, and possess a valid UAE driving license.
- This role requires excellent technical skills, leadership ability, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
