About the Role
Z&M PRO LAB LLC is hiring a Food Technologist to work with dietary supplements, including powder and capsule products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product formulas and processing for dietary supplements.
- Check incoming materials and finished products in the lab for potency, moisture, appearance, mixability, and basic microbiology.
- Keep quality records that allow batches to be released.
Requirements
- Degree in food science, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience in supplements or similar manufacturing.
- Knowledge of protein, creatine, vitamins, and oils.
- Comfortable with standard GMP documentation.
