Role Overview
The Accountant role covers ERP manufacturing accounting, reconciliations, financial records, inventory, customer accounts, tax returns, shipments, online sales, payroll administration, and operational coordination.
The position is full-time and requires in-person work.
Accounting Operations
- Use the ERP manufacturing module for accounting operations.
- Reconcile four bank accounts and credit cards.
- Update expenses, daily entries, and invoices.
- Manage stock, inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and product landing costs in the system.
- Prepare LPOs and manage international supplier payments.
Sales and Operations
- Handle shipments and shipment documents.
- Manage Amazon and Noon sales and FBA operations.
- Manage online orders and assign deliveries.
- Manage the website and coordinate operations with the team and management.
- Register products on Montaji and with Dubai Municipality.
- Coordinate with the PRO regarding visas and legal issues.
Compliance and Administration
- Prepare tax returns for all three companies.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Manage salaries and the WPS system.
- Manage petty cash.
Requirements
- Five years of accounting experience is preferred.
- Five years of Sage ERP Manufacturing Module experience is preferred.
- A master's degree is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
