Accounting and Finance
- Perform bank reconciliations for four banks.
- Reconcile credit cards.
- Update all expenses and daily invoice entries.
- Manage stock management activities.
- Handle customers, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Prepare monthly financial statements.
- Prepare product landing costs and update them in the system.
- Prepare all LPOs.
- Prepare tax returns for all three companies.
- Manage petty cash.
Operations and Commercial Activities
- Handle all shipments and shipment documents.
- Manage Amazon sales and Noon sales.
- Manage FBA activities.
- Manage online orders and assign deliveries.
- Manage the website.
- Register products on Montaji and with Dubai Municipality.
- Manage operations and coordinate with the team and management.
- Coordinate with the PRO for visas and legal issues.
Audit and Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with the internal auditor.
- Coordinate with the external auditor.
- Manage salaries and the WPS system.
- The team leader assigns tasks to the team.
Experience and Education
- Experience with an ERP manufacturing module is required.
- Five years of accounting experience are preferred.
- Five years of Sage ERP Manufacturing Module experience are preferred.
- A master's degree is preferred.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,500 per month.
Employment Type
- The job is full-time.
