• The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with food handling departments and the Food Safety & Hygiene Manager to supervise, implement, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards across all food outlets, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high-quality standards.
• What you will be doing:
• Supervise and conduct regular inspections and audits of food production processes, facilities, and equipment to ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support and deliver training sessions to employees on food safety practices, including proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and disposal procedures.
• Monitor the effectiveness of food safety and hygiene programs and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvements where required.
• Investigate food safety incidents, guest complaints, and non-conformities, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and operations to ensure smooth implementation of food safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to updated food safety regulations and industry best practices, keeping the organization compliant at all times.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to inspections, audits, training, and compliance activities.
