- Assist PR Manager and/or Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing communications strategy
- Create graphics and collateral for advertising, promotions, public relations, and digital mediums
- Art direct photo shoots for print and digital use
- Handle incoming calls and forward messages
- Attend departmental and communication meetings as requested
- Attend major events in hotel and city as requested by Department Head
- Ensure adherence to Rixos Hotels Marketing and Sales Policies and SOPs
Requirements
- Strong conceptual thinker with wide range of design capabilities
- Solid background in print, packaging, branding, typography and digital design
- Expertise in Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with studio and location photography
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Mac
- Excellent communication and social skills

Job Description
- Provide excellent and consistent service to customers and efficient running of the department in line with Rixos Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
- Assist PR Manager and/or Marketing Manager to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate hotel's marketing communications strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong conceptual thinker with wide range of design capabilities including print, packaging, branding, typography, digital design and art directing photo shoots.
- Preferably both studio and location photography.
- Expertise in Creative Suite software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator for print and digital mediums.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Mac, Adobe.
- Flexible to adapt to sudden increase in working hours as per business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform all duties in timely and efficient manner in accordance with hotel policies.
- Handle incoming calls and ensure messages are taken and forwarded.
- Attend departmental and communication meetings as requested by Director of Sales.
- Attend major events in hotel and city as requested by Department Head.
- Ensure Rixos Hotels Marketing and Sales Policies and SOPs are adhered to.
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and high standard of social skills.
- Promote good inter departmental relations.
- Display pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times.
- Demonstrate pride in workplace and personal appearance.
- Adhere to Company and Hotel rules and regulations.
- Maintain professional business confidentiality.
- Use technology for reports, communication and client correspondences.
Additional Duties
- Report equipment failures/problems to Maintenance Department.
- Participate in Training/Development schemes as recommended by senior management.
- Assist Marketing Manager in any task outlined.
- Comply with any reasonable request made by management.
