- Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service
- Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries
- Maintain the spa's ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation
- Assist therapists and other spa team as required
- Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
