Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage all project and company documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with document control procedures
- Receive, register, distribute, track, and archive incoming and outgoing documents
- Ensure all documents are properly classified, indexed, and stored in both electronic and hard copy formats
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document submissions and approvals
- Maintain document revision history and ensure only the latest approved versions are in circulation
- Prepare reports related to document status, pending approvals, and document tracking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project specific document control requirements
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and records
- Assist project and management teams in maintaining proper filing systems and records management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in Qatar/GCC
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa preferred

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably within Qatar/GCC.

- Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa preferred.
Preferred
- Experience in Construction, Facilities Management, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or MEP projects.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay
- QAR5,000.00 QAR5,500.00 per month
