- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure all dishes are presented correctly before serving
- Verify food items, table numbers, and special requests before delivery
- Assist waiters and servers during busy service periods
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front of house teams
- Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glasses from tables when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- Assist in setting up tables and preparing the restaurant before service
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards at all times
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly customer service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and carry trays
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
