- Ensure compliance with UAE Municipality and relevant food regulations
- Deliver training sessions to staff on food safety and hygiene practices
- Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food consultancy, quality assurance, or food safety
- HACCP Certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently and visit client locations when required

Overview
- We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Food Consultant to join our team on a part time basis.
- The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on food safety, quality standards, menu development, operational improvements, and regulatory compliance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultancy services to food and beverage businesses.
