- Ensure proper selection of test methods, units, and turnaround times as per approved quotations
- Maintain accurate customer records and sample traceability from receipt to report delivery
- Communicate with clients regarding missing information, discrepancies, and updates
- Support daily operational reporting and coordination activities

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sample registration, or laboratory coordination
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle high workload in a fast paced environment
