- Create and arrange fresh flower bouquets, floral baskets, and customized floral designs
- Prepare floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Ensure flowers are properly cared for, including trimming, watering, and maintaining freshness
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations
- Decorate displays and maintain an attractive presentation of flowers and related products
- Manage inventory by monitoring flower stock and reporting replenishment requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support floral setup and dismantling for events when required
Requirements
- Experience in floral design and arrangement
- Ability to create customized floral designs for events
- Knowledge of flower care and maintenance
- Customer service skills

Key Responsibilities
- Create and arrange fresh flower bouquets, floral baskets, customized floral designs, and supervise junior staff.
- Prepare floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
- Ensure flowers are properly cared for, including trimming, watering, and maintaining their freshness.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations based on their requirements.
- Decorate displays and maintain an attractive presentation of flowers and related products.
