- Supervise and coordinate daily fit out activities on site for luxury villas, retail stores, and commercial projects
- Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to project schedules and approved drawings
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure all finishing works meet quality standards and client expectations
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues related to workmanship, safety, or project delays
- Manage site manpower allocation and monitor productivity
- Verify materials delivered on site and ensure proper storage and utilization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Report project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to management
- Assist in snagging, de snagging, project handovers, and client inspections
- Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and records of completed work
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit out supervision
- Mandatory experience in luxury villa and high end retail fit out projects within the UAE
- Strong understanding of fit out processes, finishing works, joinery, MEP coordination, and project execution
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Good knowledge of quality standards and site safety requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
