Key Responsibilities
- Undergoes structured on the job training in flight dispatch operations under the supervision and guidance of experienced flight dispatch personnel.
- Assists in coordinating with Meteorological and Air Traffic Services (ATS) offices to support dispatch operations and ensure the timely exchange of operational information.
- Supports dispatchers by gathering, verifying, and providing required operational data from various sources, including web based platforms, internal departments, and operational reports.
- Participates in familiarization sessions with other Network Control Centre (NCC) functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of NCC operations and interdepartmental processes.
- Provides administrative and operational support to the Network Control Centre team, subject to operational requirements and workload.
- Assists with dispatch related projects and initiatives by performing assigned tasks under supervision, contributing to operational efficiency and professional development.
- Performs supplementary dispatch duties as assigned to gain practical experience and develop foundational knowledge and skills in flight dispatch operations.
- Adheres to company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards while completing training assignments and daily responsibilities.
