Responsibilities
- Safely operate and monitor flexographic printing presses, ensuring precise ink application and color consistency on corrugated board.
- Perform pre press setup, including mounting plates, setting ink viscosity, and adjusting pressure for optimal print quality.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the print run, identifying and rectifying defects such as misregistration, smudging, or inconsistent color.
- Maintain and clean printing units, anilox rolls, ink systems, and associated equipment to prevent downtime and ensure peak performance.
