Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations Management: Supervise daily dispatch and recovery operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and safe roadside assistance services.
- Monitor and maintain fleet vehicles, overseeing regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs in accordance with industry standards.
- Implement best practices in fleet utilization, fuel management, and cost control.
- Team Leadership and HR Compliance: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of recovery drivers, ensuring all HR policies, performance metrics, and compliance standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with HR to align staffing needs, professional development initiatives, and performance review criteria.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and customer service excellence.
- Contract Acquisition and Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new contracts and partnership opportunities to expand the recovery service client base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, roadside assistance networks, corporate fleets, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to inform strategic decision making and pricing models.
- Financial and Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost effectiveness while meeting service quality standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet operations and contract acquisitions, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
