Role Purpose
Manage fleet operations to deliver food products safely, reliably, and cost effectively.
Location
- The role is located between Ajman and Sharjah, UAE.
Schedule
- The schedule is five days per week from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm.
Experience and Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum five years as a Fleet Manager in the food industry, with UAE experience.
- SAP is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan vehicle allocation, delivery routes, and driver schedules with dispatch and sales.
- Manage preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vehicle availability; maintain fleet records in SAP.
- Monitor fuel consumption, transport costs, utilization, and delivery performance; investigate variances.
- Supervise drivers, reinforce safe driving, and ensure clean vehicles suitable for food distribution.
- Coordinate vehicle registration, insurance, service providers, and incident reporting.
- Maintain delivery documentation and support traceability and customer issue resolution.
