Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day fleet operations to ensure maximum vehicle availability and utilization
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor fleet performance through KPIs, maintenance records, fuel consumption, and utilization reports
- Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance
- Manage breakdowns and emergency vehicle recovery
- Monitor fuel usage and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and damages, and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain accurate fleet documentation and asset records
- Support fleet budgeting by monitoring maintenance costs and vendor invoices
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for fleet reliability and efficiency
Requirements
- Experience in fleet management or supervision
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements, including registrations, inspections, insurance, and permits.
- Monitor fleet performance through KPIs, maintenance records, fuel consumption, and utilization reports.
- Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Manage breakdowns and emergency vehicle recovery to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor fuel usage and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with company policies, defensive driving practices, and safety procedures.
- Investigate vehicle incidents, accidents, and damages, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate fleet documentation, maintenance history, and asset records.
- Support fleet budgeting by monitoring maintenance costs, spare parts consumption, and vendor invoices.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
