- Coordinate daily fleet operations and vehicle allocation
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and arrange preventive and corrective maintenance
- Track vehicle registrations, insurance, permits, and renewal deadlines
- Maintain accurate fleet records, logs, and documentation
- Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle utilization
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, workshops, and service providers
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company fleet policies
- Track fines, Salik charges, and other vehicle related expenses
- Prepare fleet reports and analyze operational costs
- Support the administration team with transportation and logistics requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fleet coordination, transportation, or logistics
- Good knowledge of UAE vehicle registration and fleet management processes
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
