Overview
- Oversee the secure and compliant loading and unloading of flatbed freight, ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and company protocols.
- Direct and manage the flatbed team, providing clear instructions, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all equipment, including trailers, straps, and chains, to identify and rectify any potential safety hazards.
