About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Female** Fitness Studio Manager with a strong background in yoga and Pilates to lead our studio operations.
The ideal candidate will combine leadership skills, client relationship management, and a passion for wellness to create an exceptional member experience while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage class schedules, instructor coordination, and studio resources
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of yoga and Pilates instructors
- Deliver or supervise high-quality yoga and/or Pilates sessions as needed
- Drive membership sales, retention, and client engagement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
- Monitor studio performance, including revenue, expenses, and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and conflict resolution professionally
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities
