- **Maintain facilities**: Ensure studio facilities and equipment are well-maintained and well-stocked.
- **Drive business growth**: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
- **Manage finances**: Create and monitor budgets, process payments, and generate reports.
- **Client relations**: Build and maintain relationships with clients and members, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Stay informed**: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve studio offerings and customer experience.
- The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in a similar position, knowledge of fitness programming and equipment usage, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for fitness.
