- This role requires a strong commitment to client engagement, safety standards, and performance excellence.
- ***Key Responsibility***
- Deliver structured one-on-one and group training sessions aligned with client goals and fitness levels
- Develop and implement personalized training programs with a focus on results, safety, and progression
- Conduct proper fitness assessments and monitor client progress regularly
- Ensure correct exercise form, injury prevention, and safe use of all equipment
- Lead engaging group classes with high energy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment at all times
- Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction
- Promote training packages, fitness programs, and gym services where appropriate
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and continuing professional development
- ***Requirement***
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the UAE fitness industry (mandatory)
- Valid and recognized certification in relevant specialization (Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Muay Thai, Group Exercise, or Personal Training)
- Strong understanding of anatomy, exercise science, and training methodologies
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and disciplined work ethic
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak hours
