About the Role

- Coach sales team members on patient centric selling capabilities
- Lead district team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals
- Recruit and hire medical representatives
- Maintain close contact with KOLs and key customers
- Develop TAP including sales analysis, business planning and people development action plan
- Hold responsibility for sales forecasting on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Allocate sales targets across team members
- Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards

- Minimum 5 years of experience with 1 year minimum as sales manager
- Specialty experience is preferred
- Proven strong performance records

Role Summary
- The First Line Sales Manager (FLSM) coaches, leads, develops, and guides the Sales team.
- Drives improved performance and capabilities in generating clinical demand for brands with key accounts.
- Accountable for managing individual territories and delivering sales results.
What You’ll Do
- Coach sales team members on patient centric selling capabilities.
- Communicate standard expectation from medical knowledge to customer management.
- Identify sales reps developmental level and adapt leadership styles accordingly.
- Conduct multiple coaching sessions between calls and follow up to assess intervention success.
- Contribute to the development of the sales recruitment strategy.
- Select and assess Med Reps along with HR.
- Lead district team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.
- Maintain close contact with KOLs and other key customers.
- Work collaboratively across functional areas.
- Identify training needs and work with HR for appropriate interventions.
- Assess individual and team progress toward goals and coach to improve.
- Develop TAP including sales analysis, business planning and people development action plan.
Essential Capabilities
