ROLE SUMMARY

  • Coaches, leads, develops, and guides the Sales team.
  • Drives improved performance and capabilities in generating clinical demand for brands.
  • Accountable for managing individual territories and delivering sales results.
  • Develops strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with MDT, DMU, and other stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Coaching Medical Representative: coach on patient centric selling, communicate expectations, identify developmental levels, conduct coaching sessions, follow up.
  • Recruiting & Hiring Medical Representatives: contribute to recruitment strategy, understand job requirements, select and assess candidates, develop network of contacts.
  • Providing inspirational leadership: lead district team to meet sales forecasts, seek out customer needs, reward strong performance, develop sales reps, anticipate obstacles.
  • Passion for Customer: maintain close contact with KOLs and key customers.
  • Collaborating and Influencing others: work collaboratively across functional areas, act as liaison between sales force and cross functional areas.
  • Performance Management & Monitoring: identify training needs, assess progress, accelerate development of top talent, lead high performance team, establish goals.
  • Area Management: think strategically, influence business partners, review planned activities and expenses, ensure proper territory design.
  • Sales Management: develop TAP, hold responsibility for sales forecasting, allocate sales targets, manage resources.
  • Corporate Responsibilities: maintain ethical standards, ensure compliance, timely report accidents and adverse events.

Essential Capabilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 1 year minimum as sales manager.
  • Specialty experience is preferred.
  • Proven strong performance records.
  • Entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to engaging with external partners and cross functional colleagues.
  • Solid leadership capabilities.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Effective analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
