Role Overview
Provide sales support, design, estimation, and project coordination for greenfield and brownfield fire-system projects.
The role covers project delivery from design basis review through work-completion certification.
Sales and Design Support
- Visit clients and understand project requirements.
- Prepare 2D AutoCAD concept drawings according to NBC, FM Global, and NFPA norms.
- Prepare fire-system estimates and bills of quantities.
- Present proposed plants and fire-system solutions to clients.
Project Coordination
- Prepare DBR, concept drawings, tender drawings, BOQs, estimates, tender documents, and bid evaluations.
- Coordinate shop-drawing approvals, site inspections, and work-completion certification.
- Prepare 2D, 3D, and isometric drawings.
- Lead design projects from DBR through work-completion certification.
- Schedule and track projects using Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Technical Coordination and Control
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, PEB, process-layout, and MEP designers and clients.
