Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Fire & Gas Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair Fire & Gas detection systems, field instruments, and related equipment in Oil & Gas plant environments while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Fire & Gas systems
- Calibrate gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors, and field instruments
- Carry out valve overhaul and preventive maintenance activities
- Ensure all work is completed as per safety and maintenance procedures
- Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams during maintenance work
- Prepare maintenance records and report faults/issues promptly
Requirements
- SSC / Equivalent qualification required
- Instrument Trade Certification is mandatory
- Minimum 5–7 years experience in Oil & Gas plants
- Hands-on experience in Fire & Gas systems, detectors, field instrumentation, and valve overhaul
- Good knowledge of safety procedures and plant work practices
- Familiar with various types of detectors, instruments, and control systems
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Immediate joiners preferred
