Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire fighting systems
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and commission fire protection systems in accordance with relevant standards and client requirements
- Diagnose and rectify faults in fire alarm panels, detectors, sounders, modules, extinguishing systems, pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, hose reels, and related equipment
- Conduct routine testing and maintenance of fire pumps, jockey pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrant networks, and clean agent suppression systems
- Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations, NFPA standards, and company HSE requirements
- Coordinate with supervisors and clients regarding maintenance schedules, site observations, and rectification requirements
- Attend emergency breakdown calls and provide prompt technical support
- Support transportation of manpower, tools, and materials to project locations
Requirements
- Hands on technical expertise across multiple fire protection system brands
- Valid UAE driving license
- Experience in inspection, preventive maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and rectification of fire protection systems
- Knowledge of UAE Civil Defence regulations and NFPA standards
- Ability to prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and maintenance records

Role Overview
