Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs across AWS, Azure, OCI, and Google Cloud
- Develop budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis models
- Implement cost allocation, chargeback, and showback frameworks
- Manage Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and commitment optimization
- Analyze cloud consumption patterns and identify optimization opportunities
- Evaluate architectural decisions based on cost, performance, resilience, and compliance
- Develop executive dashboards and cloud financial reports
- Drive FinOps best practices across engineering and business teams
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Leadership teams
- Translate technical cloud usage into business and financial insights
- Promote cost aware engineering practices across the organization
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience in cloud financial management across AWS, Azure, OCI, and Google Cloud
- Proficiency in FinOps frameworks and best practices
- Ability to develop budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis models
- Experience implementing cost allocation, chargeback, and showback frameworks
- FinOps Certified Practitioner certification (Mandatory)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Cloud Financial Management
