- Supervise and coordinate finishing works including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, and other related tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site
- Schedule and monitor daily activities to achieve project milestones and deadlines
- Manage and lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors in finishing activities
- Inspect and report on the progress of works, identifying any issues and implementing corrective measures
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure specifications and expectations are met
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to finishing works and site activities
- Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman in finishing works within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE region
- Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
- Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages like Arabic are a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to various site locations
