- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

The Role
- We are seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst / Industrial Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and operational data, developing and improving workflows, optimizing business processes, and creating dashboards and reports to support
Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and optimize workflows and business processes across departments.

Qualifications

- 3–7 years of experience in construction, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Power Query.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Visio, or similar) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Industrial Engineering background with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience in workflow development and business process optimization.
- Ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
