- Supervise and coordinate finishing works including painting, flooring, tiling, and plastering to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines
- Manage and lead finishing teams, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve set goals
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve on site issues promptly
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on site
- Conduct inspections and quality control to maintain high standards throughout all finishing phases
- Prepare reports on work progress, labor needs, and materials usage
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of finishing materials as per project requirements
Requirements
- Proven 3 years experience as Finishing Works Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of finishing works including painting, tiling, flooring, and plastering techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse workforce
- Good understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction environments
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to work in Dubai

The Role
