- Inspect completed work and ensure it meets the required quality standards.
- Read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor finishing activities to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure the availability of required finishing materials and monitor their quality.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
- Resolve technical issues related to finishing works.
Requirements
- Experience in supervising architectural and finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and finishing drawings.
- Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
