- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors in Saudi Arabia
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and government entities
- Monitor public and private tenders, evaluate opportunities, and coordinate bid submissions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the estimation and engineering teams
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations through to contract award
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handover after contract signing
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings
- Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's strategic growth objectives
