Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install kitchen cabinets and related woodwork.
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Install cabinet hardware, doors, drawers, and trim with precision.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, designers, and clients.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform on-site adjustments and troubleshooting as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically with kitchen cabinets.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift materials and work on-site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with custom cabinetry or high-end kitchens is preferred.
- Experience with installations in residential or commercial projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of finishes, laminates, and hardware systems is preferred.
Compensation
- The pay is AED 1,500 to AED 2,400 per month.
