Accountant

• Preparation of Sales Reports, Expense Reports, Customers Aging, Vendor Aging, Statement of Financial Performance, Statement of Financial Position, Cash Flows (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual & Annual) as per requirement
• Cost Accounting and Financial Management
• Financial Planning and Budgeting
• VAT preparation & filling
• Preparation of Audit Requirements
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Maintain physical files and records to document transactions
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
• Managing the petty cash with their issuance and receipts
• Data Entry of Vouchers (Receipts, Journal Vouchers, Payment Vouchers etc.)
• Prepayments & Accruals etc.

• Knowledge of Cost Accounting

• Experience in managing muliple trade licenses in the field of Manufacturing and Trading sector
• Import and Export Procedures
• Knowledge of arithmetic and their applications
• Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of management
• Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good record keeping
• Ability to apply accounting principles and procedures to work assignments
• Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamic AX (ERP)
• Time management

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

• UAE Accounting, Costing & VAT in Manufacturing sector: 4 years (Preferred)
