Role overview
Factory General Helper supporting assembly and production of metal and steel products.
The role accepts entry-level applicants and is full-time and permanent.
Responsibilities
- Follow production guidelines and supervisor specifications.
- Assist with assembly and production of metal and steel products.
- Operate and maintain machinery and production-line equipment under supervisor guidance.
- Handle materials manually or with trolleys and load or unload shipments.
- Clean and organize the production facility and workspace.
- Support quality standards and report defects or production issues.
- Follow health and safety protocols and perform other assigned production tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects and remain physically fit.
- Basic understanding of machinery and production workflow.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness.
- Ability to understand basic English in reading and writing.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Approximately one year of experience is preferred, while entry-level applicants are accepted.
- Previous manufacturing or metal/plastic packaging handling experience is a plus.
