Role overview

The Finance Agentic Automation team delivers automation and advanced-technology initiatives within Finance Technology, Data and Transformation.

The role combines fintech knowledge, product ownership, and system design to deliver AI, agentic, and self-service capabilities across finance automation programs.

The position owns solutions from process analysis and architecture through deployment and post-production support in a regulated environment.

The role reports to the Manager of Finance Agentic Automation and is based in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India.

Responsibilities

  • Own product vision, roadmap, prioritized backlog, and lifecycle for enterprise-scale AI and agentic solutions.
  • Translate business problems into system designs covering data models, APIs, integrations, data flows, security, scalability, observability, explainability, and auditability.
  • Integrate LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows into production business processes.
  • Define evaluation frameworks, KPIs, responsible-AI guardrails, and trade-offs across accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability.
  • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation, and drive Scrum or Kanban ceremonies with Jira or Rally.
  • Bridge technical and non-technical teams, influence stakeholders, and manage concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Translate business problems into technical solutions and system designs involving AI/ML and GenAI.
  • Have hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, vector stores, and agent orchestration.
  • Understand the ML/AI product lifecycle, model integration, and system-design fundamentals.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Have full-lifecycle product development and delivery experience in complex environments.
  • Have experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Have hands-on Agile experience with Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira or Rally.
  • Banking or financial services experience and a relevant bachelor's degree are preferred.
  • Python scripting, BPM, data analytics, and open-source AI technology familiarity are advantageous.
