Responsibilities
- Understand risk management framework, policy, and procedure and implement them in alignment with strategic plans
- Collect, clean, and validate risk data (financial and non financial) for assessment and reporting
- Analyze large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and emerging risks
- Perform risk data analysis including trend analysis of portfolio and financial statements
- Perform industry/market/country risk analysis
- Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models to quantify exposure and forecast potential losses
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather information on key risk indicators (KRIs) and Risk Appetite
- Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate resilience under adverse conditions
- Prepare clear, data driven reports and dashboards for senior management and risk committee
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics, or accounting
- 2 4 years of relevant experience in risk management and financial analysis
- Professional certificates in risk management, financial risk management, or enterprise risk management preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient with data tools such as Excel, Power BI
- Strong MS Office skills
- Saudi national only

Core Responsibilities
- Understanding risk management framework, policy and procedure and work with team on implementing them.
- Risk Data collection (Financial and non financial risks), cleaning, and validation for risk assessment and reporting.
- Analyse large datasets to detect trends, anomalies, and emerging risks.
- Risk data analysis, including trend analysis of the portfolio and the financial statements.
- Perform Industry/market/country risk analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models to quantify exposure, forecast potential losses.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, economics and accounting.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in risk management and financial analysis.
- Professional Certificates: Preferably in risk management, financial risk management, enterprise risk management, financial reporting, Basel framework and IFRS 9.
- Proficiency in speaking, writing and reading in English.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficient with data tools such as Excel, Power BI etc.
- Ability to interpret data, perform trend analysis and present insights clearly.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must demonstrate strong MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial industry is a plus.
