The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with strong business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and the

Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar FP&A role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools
  • Experience using Power BI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards
  • Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented, with a collaborative approach

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance
  • Partner with Finance leadership to develop short, medium, and long term financial plans
  • Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including billing, collections, and cash flow
  • Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
  • Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments
  • Deliver competitor analysis, market insights, and performance commentary
  • Support KPI development, scorecards, and performance tracking tools
  • Utilise Power BI to generate actionable insights and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting in line with firm policies and standards
  • Support ad hoc analysis and participate in special projects
