About the Role

- Lead and mentor the FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and performance
- Partner with Finance leadership to develop short, medium, and long term financial plans
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, including billing, collections, and cash flow
- Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and highlight risks and opportunities
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions
- Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments
- Deliver competitor analysis, market insights, and performance commentary
- Support KPI development, scorecards, and performance tracking tools
- Utilise Power BI to generate actionable insights and reporting dashboards
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting in line with firm policies and standards
- Support ad hoc analysis and participate in special projects
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar FP&A role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools
- Experience using Power BI
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS standards
- Self motivated, proactive, and results oriented, with a collaborative approach
