Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Emirati talent with exceptional communication skills to join our team as a receptionist.

Requirements

  • 2 years secretarial or administrative diploma
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in a professional services environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Internet browsing
  • Sound knowledge of office procedures
  • Working knowledge of record keeping techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport
  • Good planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, route promptly, and forward accurate messages via email.
  • Greet visitors professionally and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive company image.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier shipments; maintain tracking records.
  • Organize meeting room bookings, schedule, and assist with conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, car rentals, and visitor accommodation as required.
  • Prepare access cards for new joiners and manage official email forwarding.
  • Maintain office supplies, stationery stock, and liaise with support staff and drivers.
  • Ensure reception and client areas are clean, presentable, and stocked with updated materials.
  • Uphold confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and perform other assigned duties.
