- Perform reconciliations between Internal systems, Payment Gateways and Banks
- Manage financial records, ensure accuracy, and handle compliance
- Conduct Internal Controls review and reconciliation between sales captured on Operation System against payment gateways
- Execute Internal Controls & Reviews of existing and new merchants onboarded within Tap from a Finance perspective
- Participate in meetings and discussions on collaboration, processes, technical front and implement best practices
- Comply with the Internal Finance Operating procedures and rules and regulations
Requirements
- 2 4 years of role specific experience in Financial Services/Fintech/High Growth Startups
- Ability to establish credibility and internal relationships
- Understanding of client/merchant/stakeholder care
- Strong communication skills in English
- Problem solving and quick thinking skills

Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliations between Internal systems, Payment Gateways and Banks
- Manages financial records, ensures accuracy, and handles compliance
- Conduct Internal Controls review and reconciliation between the sales captured on Operation System against the payment gateways to identify the range/level of difference
- Execute Internal Controls & Reviews of existing and new merchants onboarded within Tap from a Finance perspective to avoid probable Monetary issues
- Participate in meetings and discussions on collaboration, processes, technical front and implement best practices
- Comply with the Internal Finance Operating procedures and rules and regulations
- Carry out other duties, as assigned based on the demands of the business and growth of the role
