About the Client
The client is a European financial group with a Dubai entity operating in payments and trade finance.
The team combines traditional banking disciplines with modern fintech rails and crypto-enabled services.

Own financial close, statutory reporting, and cash controls while leading AML/CTF practices end to end.
Help keep the business compliant, audit-ready, and execution-focused as payment products scale.
Financial Responsibilities
- Run the monthly close and deliver accurate management accounts under IFRS.
- Own cash management, bank reconciliations, working capital, and treasury routines.
- Lead statutory reporting across UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, ESR, UBO, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare schedules, and close audit findings.
- Build and maintain internal controls, finance SOPs, and risk registers.
- Produce management information packs covering P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variances, and KPIs.
AML and Business Partnership
- Design and operate AML/CTF policies, KYC/EDD, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, STR/SAR submissions through goAML, training, and record keeping.
