Job Summary
The Financial Controller provides financial oversight, performance analysis, and business insights across diverse business operations.
The role works with Finance and business stakeholders to support reliable reporting, effective controls, and strong business performance.
This is a full-time position based in Dubai and requires relocation.
Financial and Business Performance
- Monitor P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze financial results, drivers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend improvements to profitability, financial resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Develop an understanding of different business models and their financial and operational drivers.
Reporting and Analysis
- Review and challenge financial and management reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Provide timely financial analysis and insights for management decision-making.
- Identify variances, trends, and potential issues and recommend actions.
- Ensure financial deliverables are accurate and timely.
