About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor budget utilization and highlight variances for review
- Prepare basic variance analysis and supporting financial schedules
- Collect, validate, and maintain financial data used for reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecast updates
- Review and process financial transactions in line with approved policies and procedures
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities
- Coordinate with IT and system support teams to maintain accuracy of financial dashboards and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, FP&A, or financial reporting
- Exposure to financial systems, ERP reporting, or dashboard data validation is preferred

Objective
- To support financial reporting, budget monitoring, basic forecasting, reconciliations, and data validation for Real Estate Financing Affairs.
- The role assists the Senior Manager Financial Management by preparing accurate financial information, coordinating routine reporting requirements, and following up on financial and system related matters.
Essential Duties
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor budget utilization and highlight variances for review.
- Prepare basic variance analysis and supporting financial schedules.
- Collect, validate, and maintain financial data used for reporting.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecast updates.
- Provide financial analysis support as requested by management.
- Review and process financial transactions in line with approved policies and procedures.
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month end and year end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documents.
- Follow up on outstanding balances, settlements, and account reconciliations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, FP&A, or financial reporting.
- Exposure to financial systems, ERP reporting, or dashboard data validation is preferred.
