About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reporting & Business Partnering Manager to join a dynamic finance team in Jeddah. The role involves delivering accurate financial reporting, providing commercial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management reports, executive dashboards, board reports, and KPI performance packs
- Coordinate month end, quarter end, and year end reporting activities
- Support statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, and annual external audit processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights, commercial analysis, and decision support
- Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, commercial proposals, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze project profitability, revenue performance, cost trends, and margin improvement opportunities
- Support pricing reviews, contract evaluations, and profitability assessments
- Monitor working capital performance, including cash flow, receivables, payables, and liquidity
- Lead reporting automation and finance digitization initiatives
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance ERP systems, reporting platforms, and financial data governance
- Promote data driven decision making through advanced reporting and business intelligence solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 6–10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Corporate Finance
- Strong understanding of IFRS, financial governance, and statutory reporting
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar
- Experience in finance transformation, reporting automation, or digital finance initiatives
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities
- Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred

About the Role

- The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Accounting and FP&A, ensuring the integrity of financial information while partnering with business leaders to improve financial performance.
