About the Role
A leading semi-government real estate developer in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Document Controller to manage project documentation across large-scale developments. The role involves using Aconex, DocuSign, and Oracle to ensure efficient document control, version control, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities
- Manage, track, distribute, and archive project documentation through Aconex in line with document control procedures
- Ensure document quality, accuracy, version control, and compliance with established standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely document reviews, approvals, and project communications
- Process corporate and project related documents through Aconex, DocuSign, and Oracle, including contract requests, variation requests, work confirmations, and payment related documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of project information and ensure proper document retention and retrieval
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of document control experience in the Middle East, preferably within large scale real estate or construction projects
- Strong experience using ACONEX including document workflows and management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of SharePoint, Oracle EBS, and iProcurement
- Solid understanding of document control systems, quality assurance, and industry compliance requirements
- Arabic speaking is a plus

Overview

Requirements
