- Lead and manage design projects from inception to delivery
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders

- Monitor project schedules, risks, costs, and deliverables

- Oversee site inspections and resolve design related challenges
- Support consultant procurement, design briefs, and delivery strategies
- Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and training initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Interior Design, or related field
- 10–12 years of real estate design and development experience, including leadership of large scale projects
- Essential GCC/UAE project experience
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Revit and/or SketchUp
- Excellent understanding of design standards, regulations, and industry best practices

Overview
- Join a leading real estate development team and drive the successful delivery of large scale projects across the UAE/GCC.
- We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate the full design lifecycle, from concept through construction, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
